At first, I mainly specialised in Carribean, Indonesian, Mediterranean and West-African cooking, but by now I have thrown these different flavours into a big melting pot and came up with my own style. I have presented my exotic food at the Baardskeerdersbos Art Route for many years. I cater for private events (10 to 50 people).
